They don’t fit correctly on dog even though I measured as directed, and she just pulls them off

The straps weren't secure no matter how much you tried to tighten them, my dog managed to get them off and chew them up within an hour of wearing them. *I cut and removed the excess velcro and it still wasn't secure. You say you hope I look after my dog better, I give my dog the best which is why we stopped using your below budget product.

Instructions for use are attached. Also instructions are on website. You can also ask for help. Our product is perfect. You failed to follow the directions and then leave a negative review. I hope you treat your Dog better than this! It's not about tightening, it's about cutting and removing excess Velcro.

It’s not working.. The headphones are defiantly not noise cancelling
Response from Doggie HushNov 18, 2024
Hi Ravit, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with your headphones. While our headphones are designed to reduce noise effectively, they are not intended to provide complete noise cancellation, as we believe some level of ambient awareness is important for your Dog's safety. We stand firmly behind our products with a 100% money-back guarantee and would love the opportunity to make this right for you. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist you with a resolution. Best regards, Doggie Hush

Our little boy has rather large ears and has been noticeably sound sensitive since we rescued him. After getting him the Doggie Hush headphones - he's so much more calm on bus rides, through bon fire night, and even in rooms with many ppl talking. If your pooch is nervous with noises - these will certainly help dampen the sound and calm them.

Too much hassle to send back to the US otherwise I would. But sadly doesn’t work they can even hear you whisper. if you place them over your own ears you can also hear that the sound is the same. I was really hoping it would help us, but sadly didn’t.

Hi Jeanique, We’re truly sorry to hear that the product didn’t meet your expectations. While our Doggie Hush earmuffs are designed to buffer loud noises and provide comfort to pets, they are not intended to completely block out all sound. This is to ensure dogs can remain safely aware of their surroundings. We understand that returning products internationally can be a hassle, but we’d still love the chance to make this right for you. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll explore the best possible solution, whether it’s troubleshooting or issuing a refund through our 100% money-back guarantee. Your satisfaction and your pet’s well-being are very important to us, and we’d love to assist further. Best regards, Doggie Hush

For our little mini schnauzer these score 3. She's scared of the velcro sound so near her ears both the short bit between her ears and under her chin...yes she's very jumpy this time of year in the UK with fireworks. It does enable us to walk her a little as the distraction of her own sniffing sounds are amplified while she moves but sadly she's still aware of the bangs. I think they are too expensive over £50.

Hi June-Ann, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that your mini schnauzer is still feeling jumpy despite using the Doggie Hush earmuffs. We understand how challenging this time of year can be with fireworks, and we’re here to help make things better. The Velcro can sometimes be a bit unsettling for sensitive dogs, so we recommend attaching it before placing the earmuffs on your dog to reduce the noise. Ensuring a snug but comfortable fit under the neck can also help minimize movement and improve the noise-buffering effect. If you’d like additional guidance or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. Your pet’s comfort and well-being are very important to us, and we’d love to assist further. Best regards, Doggie Hush

Dog Headphones keep my little girl calm. Whenever there is a thunderstorm our little shihtzu will wear the Doggie hush headphones and keeps calm. Can't wait to test them on flights as well. I really liked the gifts in the package (toy and a dog dollar which is actually a voucher)
