My overall experience was great they were very helpful throughout my whole process. When I first contacted them I felt overwhelmed with all the test, video and training. I was able to complete them very quick and I realized that the process was actually very simple. I am very happy now to be able to take my best friend with me in a plane and to stay in hotels with me .

Dog Academy is fantastic! They gave us all the tools needed to train our dog to be a service dog. The material is very thorough and the staff was extremely helpful. Our dog came in with a lot of good behaviors already, but this not only confirmed for us she had a solid foundation, but helped us go so much further with her training. This was money well spent that will benefit our family for years to come

I like how the training was organized. I'm not sure if the videos didn't work on the safari browser, but I wasn't able to see any videos with the trainings and that would be really helpful.
