Mary, we’re sorry the course did not provide the depth or value you expected. We also appreciate you identifying the unrelated German Shepherd content in the reactivity course. Your feedback is important, and a member of our Dog Academy team will reach out directly to review your concerns and work toward an appropriate resolution. Warmly, Dog Academy Support Team

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're happy to hear that your experience with Dog Academy got off to such a positive start. Providing a personalized experience from the very first conversation is something we strive for, so it's wonderful to know that Josh took the time to understand both you and your dog's unique needs before recommending a training plan. We'll also be sure to share your kind words with both Josh and Laura, they'll be delighted to know they made such a great first impression. We're please to be part of your training journey and can't wait to see the progress you and your dog make together. Thank you for choosing Dog Academy, and welcome to the family!

Thank you so much, Renee, for sharing your experience! Reading about your journey with your sweet pit bull mix truly made our day. We love that one of your biggest takeaways has been learning to "speak your dog's language." Understanding canine psychology and building clear communication is such a powerful part of creating a lasting bond, and it's wonderful to hear how much confidence and joy it's brought to both of you. Your pup's transformation, from learning self-control to no longer chasing her tail thanks to the mental stimulation and training, is incredible! It's amazing what can happen when dogs are given the guidance and enrichment they need to thrive. We're especially grateful that you pointed out something we believe wholeheartedly: dog training is just as much about empowering owners as it is about teaching dogs. Thank you for trusting Dog Academy to be part of your journey and for recommending us to others. We wish you and your best friend many more happy adventures together!
