I can do it on my time. When I have had questions they were fast to answer.

We did not receive a diploma.

As a retired Dean of STEM, I feel that some of the questions found on the quiz are not clear and concise. I find the test to be in need of rewriting of many questions. Additionally, when you build out a service, such as Dog Academy is, you should know your audience. That stated Dog Academy's audience I believe is for people with emotional, and or phycological stress. The test will cause stress due to the unclear context. Additionally, I submitted training videos in one YouTube URL, only to be informed after an unacceptable time period, that the video that demonstrated the completed tasks, needs to be individual videos based on each skill. My question, what's the difference, One Big Video (all of 11 minutes) vs 6 smaller videos?

The team is incredibly helpful and loved the self pace learning process. Easy to navigate and train with the videos.

It is not right that apart from the fact that the course is so expensive, on top of that they make us read so much and take tests. I think that can be frustrating for us, and even put us in a bad mood like I did, because many of us have psychiatric problems where anything makes us anxious. Many of us, like me, forget many things in a matter of seconds, let alone answer questions that we forget at the moment. That is why we go to a therapist, and you, instead of helping us more, do not make them more difficult.

Very informative, well explained and detailed. Taking the test helps understanding the base in animal services and how to know your rights.
