My husband and I were looking for a trainer who would take a deep dive into our 20-month-old lab. This deep dive would be to assess behaviors and look for those things that we may have missed. When I called and spoke with Cameo, a CSR for The Dog Academy, I was given a thorough explanation about the program and how training would occur. Needless to say, I was quite pleased and felt comfortable talking with Cameo; she was excellent in her personal and professional skills. We start our pup's training this week! Gina~

I had an absolutely wonderful time teaching my pup Luke Skywalker how to be a PSA. This program is incredible. Thank you all for everything.

The course was well designed and supported. The modules and videos were easy to navigate and helpful in the training experience. I referred back to them numerous times during the training process. I’m very happy with the process and the outcome. I also did a refresher with basic obedience training prior to the PSD training. My pup helps me continuously and is he so happy, calm and obedient. Absolutely recommend.

Abby was extremely helpful. The requirements were challenging but like everything worth value, it is not a walk in the park.. I struggled a bit with videoing but Abbie provided the coaching that I needed to be successful, and she was patient and explained how to make the video better. Definitely worth the time!

$800 to teach sit, down, look, and stay isn't what I would call affordable. The sales person told me that I was purchasing 6 one on one training sessions. After the 3rd session they said that I was done with the lessons.

Dog academy must be doing something right. This is my second review, that’s a record for me, considering I don’t write them. Ms Mary Jr and I picked up where we left off the other day, a new issue came up, this time not only did Ms Mary Jr help me, but we had one small issue we couldn’t find the answer to, (training gear) so she called Mrs.Shelby and we asked her for her help, with the order, she worked just as hard to make sure things were what they were supposed to be, but there was just one more thing we needed help with, so we put in a call to Shelby’s supervisor (sorry don’t remember her name) with our last question, now mind you- Ms Mary, Mrs Shelby, and myself on 3way and the supervisor was on the computer. The supervisor gave me a coupon so that I can afford my dog vest package. They were once again very patient with me and what we were working on, they were there for me, no matter how long it took.
