Mayra — thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you felt your trainer was excellent. Trainer quality is very important to us, and we appreciate you recognizing their effort and professionalism. We also understand your concern regarding in-person sessions. Our programs are designed to provide long-term support, but they do follow a structured progression model. Over time, we have refined portions of our program structure to better balance trainer availability, client demand, and the ability to continue providing support to all clients in a sustainable way. As part of those refinements, some clients transition from primarily in-person sessions to a virtual support phase once a strong foundation has been established. We recognize that changes or updates to structure can feel frustrating, especially if expectations were formed differently at the beginning, and we apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Our intention has always been to maintain continued access to guidance and resources rather than reduce support.
