I AM SO IMPRESSED BY THE ATTENTIVENESS AND HELP OFFERED BY THE FOLKS AT CHAT AND ON THE PHONE. YOU HAVE A TERRIFIC ORGANIZATION AND SHOULD BE QUITE PROUD OF YOUR EMPLOYEES; YOU'RE CONTENT AND SIMPLIFIED EXPLANATIONS OF TRAINING AND WELL-BEING AND SERVICE THAT DOGS CAN PROVIDE TO PEOPLE WHO ARE CHALLENGED WITH DISABILITIES. THE RELATIONSHIP THAT IS TAUGHT BY YOUR PROFESSIONALS TO THEIR HANDLERS IS INVALUABLE. THANK YOU! IT ALSO PROVIDES AN AWARENESS OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES THAT THESE DOGS HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND LOVING ENVIRONMENT TO THEIR HANDLERS. BLESSINGS TO EACH OF YOU! CATHY JODEIT

Hi Cathy, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such kind words! It means the world to our team to hear that our chat and phone folks made you feel supported and cared for. We'll be sure to pass your message along; they'll be thrilled. We're also so glad our training content has been clear and helpful. The bond between a service dog and their handler is truly something special, and helping build that relationship of trust, responsibility, and love is at the heart of everything we do. Blessings right back to you, Cathy! We're honored to be part of your journey. Warmly, The Dog Academy Team

And here we go again, they said they'd escalate it, then they said they're taking it serious, then I've gotten 4 more texts from them. If anyone else is getting this harrassment, send me a question here to I can add you to the legal action we'll be taking. This is now 10 times I've gotten texts and asked them to stop 6 times now.

Hi Jay, We sincerely apologize for the frustration these messages have caused. Your review only included a first and last name, which gave us very little to work with when trying to locate the account. Once we were able to look into it further, we found that your phone number was associated with an account under another woman’s name rather than yours, which caused a delay in resolving this. Your number has now been removed from that account and is on our do-not-contact list, so you should not receive any further messages from us. Our team has also followed up with you by email. Thank you for your patience, and we’re sorry again for the inconvenience. Sincerely, The Dog Academy Team
