Emily was amazing. Prompt, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Her smiley energy through the phone made me feel that I could not only trust this company but feel comfortable through the process. The course was also amazing and I’m very happy I did it.

I’m very pleased with every time I had questions and get answers promptly.

I'm so thankful to have made the decision to proceed with the online learning and training for my little girl Lucy. As much as I reviewed other options thinking it would be best for her to be trained by a professional it would have caused me extreme anxiety defeating the goal. The course was comprehensive and allowed me the time to properly learn and train Lucy. She is not at 100% but I am 100% satisfied with the immediate results. I'm glad there was emphasis on patience because of this I maintained focus and Lucy at 2.5 years old is now able to attend to me as needed. Forever grateful. I appreciate the phone access provided when in doubt.. I am very happy.

This "2 hour" course was a waste of time. I don't think I had 10 minutes total into it. All I learned was how to train a puppy months in advance that I was going to leave the house - I have an almost 2 year old that is alone several hours of the day and suffers from separation anxiety and chews my couch. Not helpful at all.

This course was absolutely amazing for people like myself. And to be able to teach others about this process as well. Having a psychiatric disability has opened me up to receive criticism. And now I have much more confidence in handling people. When I take my service animal around with me. It means the world to me and it is my health. And sanity, thank you guys for creating this program..
