Scam - they never paid
DodoPayments suddenly closed our account without any valid reason and kept the remaining balance inside. They told us the payment would be released after 120 days — but months have passed and we still haven’t received a single cent. We’ve contacted them multiple times, but they ignore all messages and give no explanation. This company acts like a legitimate payment provider, but in reality, they are dishonest and unreliable. They shut down accounts, hold funds, and never pay what they owe.

DodoPayment is Holding My Payouts
I use DodoPayment for my service, but they have not sent my payout. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I receive no proper response or resolution. This is unacceptable for a payment provider.

Very slow support and I am unable to make a payment.
We worked with dodopayments for 3 months, but they closed all my stores and are not helping in any way for a ridiculous reason, and I cannot refund my customers.

high hidden fees - Don't use it!!
Extremely high and unreasonable withdrawal fees! Out of the original $118, you'll receive $99 only, and $19 is all fees under the heading of Payout Fees -$5.00 Tax Deducted -$6.12 Payment Fees -$7.75 This is just a scam. I do not recommend using DodoPayments.

Scammers
I’m a new user and they wasted no time scamming me. They promised to send my first payout, and when I noticed the delay, they lied and said it was on the way. Till now, nothing. No payment has been initiated, and they’ve stopped replying to my emails. I’m not letting this slide, this is broad daylight robbery with zero shame. Also, my next payout has been delayed by a month but they claim they pay twice a month.

Our merchant account has been closed
Our merchant account has been closed directly. Even though we sell legal products. Why did you give API permission if you did not examine the site? Then examine the products and give it that way. We spend a time to integrate the API to the site. You are granting API permission. After 3 months, you close it, then we sent you an e-mail and our review period is 4 months, what can you review a site in 4 months? We worked with places like Stripe, lemonsqueezy, but I've never seen such a disgrace. Don't trust these guys. You cannot suspend a site 3 months after you give API permission because it does not comply with our policies. Then you will not authorise the API. You're making us victims. And they hold the money for 120 days due to the chargeback period, how nice! If we can get the money, fine. I don't recommend them to anyone. Update: 12/02/2025 : They didn't give us our money, they are scammers. Don't use it.
