Our trial does automatically renew into a monthly plan if not canceled before the trial ends, and that policy is shown during checkout and in the Terms. That said, we’d like to review your case directly and see how we can help. We're glad the initial experience with our document builder worked well for you. We’re truly sorry to hear about the unexpected charge. When signing up, users receive a 7-day free trial that automatically renews into a monthly subscription unless canceled. This is clearly stated during checkout and in the welcome email, but we understand how easy it is to forget, and we’re always working on making our reminders more effective.
