the misrepresentation of their advertising as "free". only at the end after you spend all the time entering pertinent information THEN you see you are going to be chargef. why not be honest! all scammy

The website is easy to use and there…
The website is easy to use and there are a lot of good features but ultimately the pdfs created were poor quality (not rendering correctly) so I canceled. If the converted documents came out in better quality I would have continued.

editing and navigating
editing and navigating how to edit is very frustrating i had to figure it out just from messing around with it the editing and formatting should be together and the website is very slow when editing takes some time before it show your edits i finally figured the website out after hours of messing around with it you have to use the formatting tool to edit any words or input anything the edit tool work but it only deletes certain things does not allow you to edit what was imput it will mess up the template

Cancellations and refunds
The company is pushing a case-by-case basis on cancellation/refund request, and their own terms and conditions does not provide for such an analysis, even as an individual describing hardship and fixed income, the company refuses to heed and would prefer to enforce an insensible practice depriving people with fixed incomes with refunds or reimbursements for unused services.

feeling scammed....
feeling scammed..... found the website when i needed to correct and merge two documents. something i would only need to do once..... chose the 7 day free trial, but still needed to enter a credit card number to obtain my document. this morning i find that i cannot access the account that i created to cancel, and that my credit card had ALREADY been charged. causing me to have to cx my credit card to avoid the charges. total rip off. Update: while I very much appreciate Document Genius reaching out to me and apologizing, it really does not undo the aggravation and stress of having to obtain another credit card and transfer the recurring charges that were attached the effected card. I had made a reminder to myself to ensure that I cancelled the trial timely. No one understands why I was not able to access the account, though the login and PW being used were the ones used to set up. Thank you DocGenius for reaching out, I am giving another star to the review, I hope others will have a better experience.
