My man Santiago is the best! I was accidentally charged for something I hadn’t signed up for and he responded 2 minutes after after I sent an email in. He even got my refund by the end of the day! Santiago needs to be moved up in this company! You don’t find many people like him nowadays and you’re lucky to have on staff! If we find out more about him we might try and recruit him to my company!
