This place scams you out of 49.85 with no contract and then say they can refund your money then states they can’t process a refund with dispute. Lealyn sits and lie about the accounting department this and that. Don’t use these people that all

Typical scam ....Nothing is really…
Typical scam ....Nothing is really free, they will charge your credit card the $49.95 later when about 30 days pass. Untrustworthy business plan. they get your credit card number upfront and charge $1 for 7 days, then they have your card number to whack your card for $49.95 later without any current contact for the charge. No phone number given on the charge statement posting for your credit card. You are charged a daily use fee everyday beyond the 7 day trial period with no daily information to notify you of each daily charge....wham, then you get the statement for a month of use....$49.95 on your credit card. What's wrong with a formal notice stating your account to use this service is now being made on a daily basis, the free trial ended on (blank day). That is a fair business to retain and keep customers

To clarify, our 7-day trial does require entering payment information. After the trial ends, the account automatically renews at the standard subscription rate unless canceled beforehand. We do this to ensure uninterrupted access for users who choose to continue. We also include cancellation instructions in the confirmation email and offer support via live chat and email. Feel tricked and think this is a potential scam
Found this site via a search and thought that I could use it for free. Used it in hopes of converting multiple jpeg files to pdf, then discovered that I had to create an account in order to download the pdf file! Now I'm concerned that the files I used are now in their system, without my being able to access them and remove them. How can I be sure that the files are deleted??? Thinking that this is a way for them to steal files.

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, we require a credit card during the free trial to ensure uninterrupted service should users choose to continue beyond the trial period. Users have full control over their data and can delete their account at any time directly through their User Settings. Once deleted, all associated files and information are permanently removed from our system. DocumentGenius might be a scam
DocumentGenius might be a scam. I am the CEO of Applied Answers Inc, who develops and manages an SaaS called "FileGenius". We get upwards of half a dozen calls and/or nasty emails per day from people being charged for unwanted services on their credit card by DocumentGenius. They call us, thinking we might be them under a slightly different name and some of the callers can get quite nasty. We've tried to contact DocumentGenius, but they have no phone number, no email addresses and no physical address that we can find. Be VERY CAREFUL about giving them your credit card number.

Unauthorized charge
I had no documentation of making a purchase with document genius until I opened my credit card bill. Reached out and was NOT refunded the charge I did not authorize

Absolutely horrible organization
Absolutely horrible organization. It didn't work at all and they continued to try to charge me monthly after cancelling. I had to report it to my credit card company and have the charges removed and reported it as fraud.
