I have had some terrible facial swelling and pain for awhile, their AI thought it was possibly Mumps due to all of my symptoms. Once I got to the dr he was condescending, made fun of me, treated me like a hypochondriac, and even told me he thinks I only THINK its hard to swallow but its not, in essence, calling me a liar. I dont know about you but I dont go to a doctors visit and pay money because im bored and i feel like lying to get some antibiotics? HORRIBLE drs. Stay away.

I have attempted to use this service twice. Once I was actually put in line for a virtual MD visit but was never notified that my appt was ready to start; I was supposed to receive a text, but it never came. I DID get a text AND email telling me I’d missed my appointment. Once you miss it there is no option to get back in line or get a refund unless you complain. I did, was given a refund and offered a free virtual visit. I tried to use it today. The AI evaluation ignored that I literally had done everything they proposed as a “plan of care” and wanted me to get a full physical and evaluation for something I have just literally completed treatment for. I was contacting them because of a UTI. Tried to use the “free visit.” Took the code and ended my visit. No text, no email, no nothing. No acknowledgement that I even tried to get a visit or did the AI thing. Total waste of time. Do NOT bother.
