Truly a complete waste of time
Truly a complete waste of time. I told them my symptoms and he told me to listen to huberman and change my lifestyle. He clearly wanted off the phone. Sucks when people are desperate and spending money they don’t have, to deal with a doctor who could absolutely care less. Atleast pretend.

Doctronic lost medical records and generated a totally unrelated “doctors note”
Doctronic lost the record of my first visit with a human doctor on their platform, and despite the fact that the doctor confirmed verbally the name of my local pharmacy, and said he sent my prescription to them in real time, the pharmacy never received it. So I logged back on and during my second visit with a different doctor on the Doctronic platform, the doctor did indeed send the prescription, which I confirmed with the pharmacy immediately—but now there’s no record of her prescribing it to me in my patient portal on the Doctronic platform! Worse yet, Doctronic AI generated a “signed” doctor’s note from the second physician which was completely unrelated to our conversation and treatment plan (i.e., what she prescribed me). However, I can’t contact her directly to let her know, I can only chat with unhelpful AI bots or clueless customer service staff. Literally the worst platform/experience I could imagine. Avoid Doctronic like the plague.

Great for the patient who likes to bang their head against the wall.

I can’t believe I wasted time answering…
I can’t believe I wasted time answering 37 questions and still got the wrong diagnosis. They told me to see their doctor who also did have a clue. Had to find a doctor who figured it out.

Don't waste your time
First, I felt the doctor could've been a bit more interested and not in a rush to move on to the next patient. Secondly, the doctor stated I needed to get blood work sooner rather than later, someone would reach out to me with the order/lab info. This was Thursday. No contact, I reached out via email, they said someone was working on it. Now it's Sunday and I received an email stating my ticket is closed. WHAT????!!!!! What a waste of time & money!!!!!
