The questions asked allowed me to better explain what I am experiencing. I wanted to see if a previous illness could have caused episodes I experience to this day. I was able to get an idea of what also could be the cause, but also detailing out that yes, there is a possibility the two factors are related. The online chat platform took the stress of being in front of someone while trying to wrack my brain for information away. I’m not sure how long I was in the chat for, but I was able to detail out exactly what I am going through without any added pressure of feeling rushed. I appreciate that a summary is given as well, because while it was suggested I speak to a doctor, I am not able to afford one right at this moment. I tried another service and the chat analysis was sent over to a doctor and I was prompted to make an immediate payment. Having this “on paper” will allow me to do some looking into the possible causes while allowing me to find a doctor in my network to work with and come up with the funds for a potential visit. I am grateful this service exists in a way that benefits people who can’t afford or don’t have time to go see a doctor right away. It also gave me a better way to explain what I am experiencing so I can get my issue across easier.

Very easy! Took some time, but definitely less time and more convenient than trying to make an appointment and see my doctor. Overall a great and helpful program

Each time I use Doctronic, it seems like I have an entire team of medical experts collaborating on finding the cause of my symptoms. It's extremely encouraging to know that Doctronic has the wealth of all current and historical medical knowledge from which to draw their conclusions. Doctronic represents the best use of artificial intelligence that I can imagine!

12 hours ago, I had a fever of 104. The clinic that I had planned on going to didn't open until late afternoon the next day and would been 3x the price of this amazing service. After the AI gave a rough diagnosis, I was able to have a video call with a doctor who sent a prescription of antibiotics to my pharmacy. The whole thing took less than an hour, and now I'm on the mend. I'm grateful that this service exists.
