Easy to understand and it understood me so well it explained my symptoms better then I could and it was exactly like I was feeling. I would never go to the doctor before because I’d have panic attacks about a packed waiting room waiting to see the doctor. Now with virtual I’m taking care of myself again.

Sometimes going to the hospital can seem troubling, especially for me. Its too late at night. I dont like driving this late. Sometimes doctor seem too busy for patients anyways. This is useful.

Dr Hines was amazing understood exactly what I needed and sent my script to relieve my ongoing condition after I provided health info. What an amazing telehealth. Thorough. Almost annoyingly so, but at least it's not face-to-face interaction with a doctor that often leaves me with anxiety and takes even more time. Also, obviously, in its defense, the AI didn't have my medical chart, so it had to build from scratch.
