Today went well and quick yo get my meds renewed. But, one of the pharmacy techs didn’t explain that the med not available was just not ready. Language barrier. 🙄

I was able to explain my concerns about my condition and was asked very detailed questions to confirm my diagnosis. Then I was able to set up a phone appt with doc to discuss in further detail. Great to do this in the comfort of my home rather than wait hours in a doc office.
