Went for a prescription refill change of medication plan that they had already completed. Was advised they cannot prescribe the medicaiton that they have already prescribed for me. Do not waste time with this company.

I booked and paid for a video visit to refill a maintenance medication I'd run out of. The waiting room showed "3 providers available" the entire time. After 10 minutes, nothing. After 25 minutes, nothing. I sent a message through the visit chat, then direct messages to each of the three "available" providers. Not one reply. Email support was closed for the night. I was out of a medication that keeps a pituitary tumor from regrowing and told them that in every message. Zero response. I ended up leaving the queue and getting an emergency supply from a 24-hour pharmacy instead. Doctronic advertises visits in under 30 minutes and providers available 24/7. Neither was true tonight. If you can't staff the visits you're charging for, don't take the payment. Requesting a full refund and will dispute the charge if it isn't issued.

Twice I paid to see a doctor, and twice I didn't. I get that you have to wait, but an hour this most recent time is totally unacceptable. I didn't get seen at all the time before this. The A.I. model bs-ed me for a solid hour .......AN HOUR. When I asked what was going the "patient advocate" chat, it responded; "they are taking a hydration break" or "the doctor is looking at your chart now". 4 doctors available and all of them are simultaneously on a "hydration break". I'm find that A.I. can and will lie to you just like humans do.

I filled out the initial request for information regarding what I needed to be seen for and paid my money. Once I was seen, the physician instructed me that I needed to see my physician in person. He then proceeded to document an incorrect complaint/diagnosis in my record. A total waste of money and time.

I sat on hold for 45 minutes just to have a doctor lie to. I even told.the doctor it was on their website and she had 0 clue about the treatment. Better idea is to.go to a doctor that has an idea of their own rules. I have an extremely large follow im going to have test them out and see if they get the same result in the next week as I did. It sad how terrible.our medical.syatem is.

Today I was connected with Dr. Jones I would not recommend this doctor. I found him extremely dismissive of my concerns and my history of recurrent sinus infections. When I explained that, based on my past experience, my infections have repeatedly required antibiotic treatment, he contradicted me and told me that wasn’t possible rather than listening to my history. I understand that a doctor may not always agree with a patient about treatment, but I expect my concerns and previous experiences to be heard and taken seriously. I left feeling dismissed, frustrated, and unheard. I would not return or recommend this provider

5 months they gave me my prescriptions no problem, then this month I got Dr Pevner who was too afraid to show himself on video chat and didnt feel like writing prescriptions so he refused and hung up. I cannot believe that Doctronic would have Doctors that are afraid to video chat and too lazy to write a prescription I already asked for a refund and went elsewhere, now all they need to do is fire this doctor from their platform

Absolutely a waist of time was told 30 min I waited for over an hour and still never talked to a doctor but I definitely got charged before any service. And to get a refund is next to impossible. I will never recommend i will always steer others away from this scam.
