DocTranslatorReviews of doctranslator.com

As an employee of a bustling real estate firm, DocTranslator has been absolute time saver for us. The platform AI translation service effortlessly handles our diverse real estate documents, from contracts to brochures, in multiple languages. Its accuracy and speed have greatly enhanced our efficiency, allowing us to communicate effectively with international clients and expand our global reach, I wholeheartedly recommend DocTranslator to any business looking for reliable and easy-to-use document translation solution.

Originally they charged a "fair" price for the services. I was not happy with the output, but maybe I was expecting too much. Sometime later, I noticed a charge 4 times higher than the translation price. After insvestigating, it was a 25dollar charge for storage of a 2 page document for less than a month. Do not recommend them.

I often need to translate guides and interviews. DocTranslator has been the best tool for me. It's quick, reliable, and supports so many languages. It's made my work so much easier and helped me connect with a wider audience easily.

I'm a freelance writer working with international clients, and DocTranslator has been a godsend, it's so easy to use and fast at translating my articles and contracts, The accuracy is spot on, which is super important for my work. I've recommended it to all my colleagues

débité d'un montant de 29,66€ pour un abonnement storage que je n'avais pas demandé ni sélectionné (affiché à 14,99usd) +9,9€ d'abonnement mensuel et mon document n'a pas été traduit en conclusion site à éviter

DocTranslator has been useful for me in many ways. Most of the times i use it for my studies and it work well and the translation is always accurate which i actually need. But the one thing i want to be improved is i am unable to copy directly while translating the document. Except that i am using it almost for 7 languages and all them are translated accurately. I thought it wont translate Romanian but it does. Helpful Translator.

doctranslator.com reported my review as containing harmful or illegal content AND THEN when TrustPilot found nothing of the sort, and my review valid, meeting all the terms and conditions of TrustPilot, doctranslator.com followed up with a response "We offer another service to translate legal documents. Why you didn't inquire about that?" ... My response to DocTranslator is there is no mention of a legal document processing venue on their site.. in fact if you search for the term "legal" there's only one thing found on the main page that references "Doc translators can handle all sorts of document translations: contracts, legal documents, and more!" Which to any user would indicate they're in the place they need to be to translate a legal document. Further.. it's frustrating to see doctranslator appear to seem legitimate yet continue to obfuscate FACTS. Why not provide the link to their legal translation venue in their public response to my complaint here on TrustPilot?? For reference, this is the follow-up response from TrustPilot for doctranslator reporting my review as harmful content... "We’re just following up about your review of doctranslator.com, which was flagged for containing harmful or illegal content. The decision (from TrustPilot) We’ve assessed your review for the reason it was flagged and determined that it follows our guidelines. Therefore, we’ve now put your review back online. To see your review, you can log into your Trustpilot account or click the following link: your review of doctranslator.com. If you have any questions, please let us know by replying to this email." Thank you TrustPilot for doing your due-diligence!

The service pretends to translate PDF files for free, then after obtaining your data, it reveals the cost for the translation. If I had seen the price of $123 for 46 pages of translation upfront, I would not have provided them with my personal information. To me, this is a minor trickery, dishonesty.
