Great customer support.
I had a document machine translated and I am quite happy with the result. I had an issue at first, which was promptly handled by their customer support despite the small value of my business. It was overall a great experience and good value for money.

Total dissapointment
Total dissapointment, nothing is translated properly, most is just kjhfdnkebfkebfk Contacted DocTranslator several times, NO RESPONS, DONT USE IT, they will not respond to u if your not satisfied, they sait on the website that they refund if your not satisfied, IM NOT!!!! ID for refund if you should have regreets for deiliver this non existing product. e8792705b5cea2f03388f86885f645a3 The e-mails seems to be wrong, to your benefit, but still no refund

Hi Jan Dosdal, we don't understand why you keep ranting and fuming. We've already replied to your inquiry seven day ago (December 13th) and issued a full refund. What's the problem?

I paid for a translation of my research article
I paid for a translation of my document, but what I received was a single line of text translated, and the remaining body of text a jumble of punctuation marks and numbers, with NO words translated. This is ridiculous and I need a refund of my money. I can be contacted to resolve this at my email associated with my accoutn
