The real scam started right after: they suddenly demanded $380 to translate a single file! Meanwhile, reputable and professional tools like DeepL Pro handle full documents and books for less than €8. Looking at the endless stream of 1-star reviews on Trustpilot, it's clear this is an organized scam relying on hidden fees and broken promises. Avoid this platform at all costs!

Unfair auto-renewal policy – Refused refund for unused service I signed up for a trial to test the service, but as a student, I did not intend to continue with a paid subscription and have not used the service at all. Yesterday, I was charged automatically. Before signing up, the checkout page clearly stated 'Easy cancellation — no questions asked.' However, when I contacted customer support immediately after the charge to request a refund, they completely refused, hiding behind their strict company policy. Charging a student for a service that was never used and refusing a refund despite promoting 'easy cancellation' is very disappointing. I request the team to review my case and process a full refund for this unused transaction.

After paying an initial (small) subscription fee I expected some translation but all I got was a quotation for $600!

J'ai un document à traduire trop gros pour G Translate. Je trouve alors DicTranslator qui me propose un forfait à 2$ et je souscris. Après avoir chargé mon document on me demande plus de 200$ pour le faire traduire par une IA alors qu'un abonnement à 20$ chez Anthropic peut le faire. On arrive sur de la dérive du modèle Freemium que je considère presque comme de l'arnaque. Plus jamais je ne travaillerai avec vous croyez moi. C'est pas comme ça que vous gagnerez des utilisateurs sur le long terme...
