Totally a SCAM, unable to translate documents with English and Chinese together which is very common in Bank statement. Customer service is very rude and unprofessional, they charge a hidden monthly fee and refuse to cancel or refund the unintended subscription regardless how you communicate.

It is a pure scam service. You will never see your document translation, because it always failed, but your card will be charged 16 USD for a useless subscription in 2 weeks.
