Deceptive, unreliable, and unprofessional – avoid at all costs!
I paid for an urgent translation that never arrived on time due to technical failures on their platform. I was forced to use another service. When the translation was finally sent, it was completely useless. I asked for a refund and was flat-out denied, despite not having received the service when I needed it. To make matters worse, they enrolled me in a so-called “trial” without clearly disclosing it during checkout, then attempted to charge my card days later—even after I had explicitly told them I would never use their service again. This kind of shady practice is manipulative and dishonest, designed to trick users into unwanted charges. I have demanded that they delete my card information and ensure no further transactions.
