A bit of context: I used DocTranslator to translate a one-page PDF into another language. I paid for that specific translation at the time, and now, about 13 days later, they're charging my card for a supposed membership. Bear in mind that I noticed the charge myself, there was absolutely no email or any explanation of an upcoming membership charge. I only noticed my card was charged through my bank's app. If it was not made clear already, I did not willingly sign up for any subscription. If I did, it was hidden or displayed in a way that made it easy for users to overlook. These are very shady practices for any company, which is why I'm writing this review (something I don't typically do). My suggestion is to not use this app. I've requested a refund for what happened to me, and I will update this review if the support team gets back to me. UPDATE: Support refuses to refund me and instead uploads a picture of the terms where the user "agrees" to the subscription. It is, in fact, in the small print. Again, I'm not the only user in this situation. I would advise anyone to stay away from this company and its deceptive practices to get your money.

I already have translated some projects file (document) it make me have to improve ability when the result Must be in PDF format
