I would give no stars if I could. Poor quality material and fit in the dress I ordered . I want to return the dress and have my money returned but this is not what they do apparently. I paid £38 plus postage for the dress and they want me to accept £6.78 in U S dollars as compensation. I last heard from them on May 17th 2025. Chinese. Do not buy from this company.

I would rate them 0 stars if I could. Ordered 2 dresses. They were too small. Tried to return them. They will NOT accept returns. Horrible company.

CRAP Sizing off - material is shit

They actually need Zero stars. I ordered three things and instead received a cheap bracelet. This company needs to be banned from this country. I wish I read the reviews first. They won’t refund me because they say it was delivered.

Well I finally got my order from 2 months ago. What a joke. I ordered, what I thought was a sweater with crocheted flowers on it and what I got was an ugly printed pullover shirt. It looks NOTHING like the picture online. It’s a scam. Waste of time and money. Don’t waste yours on this company.

Never got my order. He emailed me a few times and gave me a one 800 number for escort service. Poor customer service . still Have not resolved.

DO NOT ORDER . SCAM I ordered what was shown to be a lovely KNIT sweater with overlay knitted hearts. What I received was a polyester top with photo applied hearts. Just as everyone else described I requested a refund.. what a joke and scam company

If I could give this zero I would! I have also been a mug with the heart jumper. I am currently emailing back and forth. Offered 3usd or return at my cost! Then 5, then 7 and now 10. I have now threatened them with trading standards (I won’t do it 🤣) let’s see what they offer next. Feel silly for not checking reviews first 😩
