I made a purchase and never received the item. When I finally heard from the company they told me to go check with the post office. Of course, they knew nothing about it, which I knew would happen. They stole my money!!!

I I place my order on 2/20/26 as of today I have not received my order . They claim it has been sent at least 3 x first it was coming from Spain then the times from China their tracking # shows it was delivered to my Post Office but tracking number shows undeliverable due to counterfeit postage paid on it. They refuse to give me my refund. Postmaster claims they are a scam .

I ordered 3 dresses online for over $100. I never received anything. I kept receiving tracking emails, but according to them, the package ended up in Fairbanks, Alaska. I live in Central Oregon. I never got a response from several emails to their support department and I never received a refund.

I waited over three months for my order. Once I received it I was frustrated and disappointed. I received the wrong shirt and have been trying to get it resolved with no end in site. The clothing is made from cheap material. Not worth the hassle or money.

if there were a MINUS stars i would definitely put multiple minuses... i ordered 2 beautiful dresses BUT the 2 i ordered did not arrive - 6 weeks later - the 2 i did receive looked NOTHING like the photos, shoddily made, terrible materials, i don't even sew, but probably could have made something similar. i ordered size small, both could have fit size large. hideous.. they offered me an $8 refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TERRIBLE SHAM OF A COMPANY!!! 6/9/2026:Just received a second order of the same disasters ... UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Never received my package. Been asking for a refund for 5 days now. They keep telling me to keep looking for it and to contact the shipper. I have no way of contacting the shipper. They are a scam. Do not buy from them.

The dress is very poor quality, horrible to be honest and it was not true to size and when I asked them to refund it they said they couldn't and told me to give it to someone else if I didn't like it. Are you kidding me 😡 They offered me $4. I'm going to dispute the charge to my card. Whatever you do don't order from this company, read all the reviews and heed everyone's warnings

Chinese company-states clothing made in USA. Charge more on card r/t dollar exchange rate. They also changed the name of their company and then put out websites that look very similar to the others. Seeing their American made etc. Scam -update: I finally received the order-what crap. No tags/care instructions. I could have made it. Fabric feels like plastic-looks NOTHING like catalog, sizing ridiculous, impossible to get a hold of company. Scam.
