Dr Om handles my case After 10 minutes of my submission, I received email from Dr Om. Asking my some questions, and I replied to him. And within 2 hours, He emailed me with diagnosis and treatment plan. The experience was fast and easy and surely better than actual Doctor Office visit. If it not an emergency / complicated situation online doc is the way to go.

In my case I knew exactly what worked for my rosacea but didn’t have insurance to see a doctor. Out of pocket the dermatologist wanted to charge close to $300. Not including the medicine which costs another $100 with A LOT of couponing. This alternative has changed my life. With $50 I was able to get my prescriptions and it cost less than my co pay ($80) when I used to have insurance. The doctor took my budget into consideration with her prescription, gave me tips on how to make my medications last and mentioned the savings programs available for my medicine. She answered a question about OTC products I want to use and suggested a dermatologist approved brand for my skin. I am so grateful for this avenue in the healthcare system and will definitely use this until I can afford normal insurance. *Keeping in mind if my copay for a specialist is too expensive I can use Docbright!!!!!
