Really great experience for years now!

Really great customer service! I spoke to 2 women, Carla and Stephanie both of them provided me with easy to follow instructions when I was stuck. Bear in mind I know NOTHING about domains, websites etc, so I was struggling along! They honestly both made it very easy for me to follow. Thank you, it made for a much calmer experience!

I automated my certificate issuance and installation with DNSimple webhooks and APIs. That really freed my time.

DNSimple provided an easy way to do https to https redirects that just worked, and it was easy to configure. 30-minute SSL certificates are magic. There was initially some kind of synchronization problem, but they solved that within an hour of submitting a trouble ticket.

I use DNSimple for transferring my domain to my original hosting, as ClickFunnels can’t transfer directly, they said I need to go through DNSimple… However, it took 60 days for transfer period, as a result, I stay using DNSimple, to wait for transformation of domain. As a matter of fact, I did not need to use other DNSimple service at the moment… So, I write to DNSimple and Carla help me to refund the unnecessary payment that I made, and also she took a step further by reminding me that what to do next. This is a great attitude which let me feel that the thoughtfulness of the customer service mindset. In summary, Carla did a great work… Keep it up… And thanks again…🌷

Excellent service - particularly when I create a problem and they sort out my stupid mistakes. Extremely easy to add a domain and connect to Google/Azure etc

I had a complicated issue (for me at least), that was urgent and needed to be resolved quickly. I worked with Stephanie, she handled it wonderfully and spoke with another vendor on my behalf to get my domain issues resolved. Very thankful!

I've used DNSimple for all my domains, personal and business, for at least 10 years. I know there are now more options out there, but I've had zero reason to even think of looking elsewhere. Their name fits. On the rare occasions I've needed customer service, they've responded quickly and professionally and cheerfully.
