I purchased the testing kit, then went online and purchased the service. During the purchasing process, it states on box and forms "results two days after receiving samples" . I mail everything out and received a text message on a Wednesday night, stating they received payment and samples and the results would be ready on the following Monday. 5days later. When calling the lab, Lindsay tells me since they didn't start until the next day and they don't work over the weekend it won't be until Monday. No where did I read that it required business days! While waiting to speak with a supervisor Chrissy, I search the website and discovered that the websites states "One Business Day!" and she told me that she was aware the website says it!... Clearly this company can't be taken at thier word! And I certainly can't trust them to be honest with a DNA test! So we are back to square one! Having to get a new test!..... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, THEY CANT KEEP THIER WORD, THEREFORE YOU CANT TRUST THIER TEST! ... I just hope thier lies can hold up in court..... small claims here we come!

I mailed my paternity test samples on June 10th 2017 hoping for fast results by Father's Day (June 18th) and never received an email notification. It is now June 29th and I have phoned the customer service center several times. I was told by the first agent that the company bought out the brand of test Identigene that I purchased and this could account for the delays because the samples first arrive in Ohio then get mailed to another lab on the East Coast. Ok, but this is still incredibly slow. I phoned again yesterday (June 28th) and was told my samples did arrive and "that's weird that I didn't get an email." They are supposedly processing the results today, however I tried to call the same tel# and it is busy every time. Is this a giant scam? Starting to wish I'd paid a local laboratory fee. Nervous.

Shockingly bad! I bought a DNA analysis through wowcher for £79 reduced fron £199. I received 2 files - a 10 page generic document and another 10 page document with 6 generic pages and 4 pages about me that had 3 bar charts and 3 maps with dots on basically saying the same thing - if it had been £10 I may have been satisfied - I am not a complainer but this riled me to leave a bad review - total rip off do not use this company

Don't know who is writing this negative review..but customer service with DDC DNA diagnostic center uk is absolutely fab,phone answered in minutes. Haven't received my result which was submitted 3days ago but I have so far had no issues.my daughter ,went to their chosen clinic hassle free. Would recommend for immigration dna.

Had a test done by the DDC. I had to go to Vero Beach to get a Paternity test done. It was sent off. It came back 7 days later then expected. Test shows I am the father of the child. Upon further examination of the test, I realize the numbers on the test are all wrong. Do they even know how to calculate properly. Tried to the original test results, but was told they don't keep them forever and that I had to go through the Florida Department of Revenue. Are you serious? So now I'm paying child support for a child that might not be mine and looks nothing like me.

Phone wait times may sometimes be long, long as in being on hold for up to 45 minutes, but DON'T let that deter you! Just put your phone on speaker and find something constructive to do while waiting because from my experience, this company was definitely well worth the wait! The reps were extremely helpful and pleasant. And my results couldn't have come any speedier. After careful research I chose to use DDC for my NIPP test, and I don't think I could've made a better decision. My test was performed on a Monday afternoon, got an email from DDC the following Wednesday morning confirming receipt of my samples, and on that next Tuesday, five business days later, I received an email stating that testing was complete and my results were ready. Within 3-7 business days...exactly as promised! I saw some negative reviews and I almost let that deter me from choosing DDC, and from my experience I must say I'm glad I didn't allow that to happen. Great company! And thanks DDC for providing me with my answers, and furthermore peace of mind!

I received my results today, took 3 days. Fast and reliable company, would recommend to anyone. A great big thank you to DDC 😊

I had the NIPP prenatal test done in September. I was nervous about results but the Prenatal team was great in answering my questions. I was treated very well. I did the Validation test to get a legal document for birth certificate purposes after I had my daughter and the results were the same, which I expected it to be. I'm very satisfied. People who post negative reviews do so because they want something for free. This test has come a long way. I did my research and went with DDC because I felt like I could trust them and I am happy I did.
