Testing quick and efficient. Had a call to say results ready, but then my daughter waited in reception over an hour for the results to be brought down one floor.

I used DDC for a paternal test. And was very happy with the service. They were prompt and reasonably priced. We then used them again for another paternal test for my grandson and they were as good as the first time. I recommend these guys and will be using them again in the very near future.

Great experience, Chase explained the Immigration process in detail, better than the actual Embassy. No issues at all, he told me everything I needed.

Not really impressed so far. I have been waiting over a week for results that were meant to come in 7 days for a prenatal paternity test. My next steps rely on the result of this test and I’m running out of time. I called to get an update and was on hold for 30 mins.. to have someone tell me that the lab put a note on the file to say my blood isn’t usable. The line then went dead and I’ve had to sit on hold for another half hour. I had to travel for 2 hours to do the test because they don’t have any partner labs for blood draws in my city. They didn’t even email or call me to notify me that they need another blood sample from me. These tests are expensive and to not even get basic communication on steps of action needed to complete the test, it’s not cool at all. I will now potentially have to travel again and wait another week for a result.

So far I had a rep that I could reach out to during the process. Nancy S. Was kind and helpful. There was a 20 some minute wait time to get ahold of the rep to set appointment. But once on she called the hospital for me to set the appointment. These reviews have me extremely nervous as it is literally just my husband's child but these reviews have me thinking this place is a scam. Human error to test husband against wife and not the child. I'm not sure why I had to get swabbed since I delivered her but ok. Hoping this comes back timely so I can get birth certificate updated and husband off my back with his nonsense. So far ok. But these reviews just lowered my faith and have me really nervous. Update ............ Got the appointment done. Quick and easy. Took about 5 days for them to complete the test. They did not email me as stated and I did email to ask but did not get a response. I Google searched the site and put in the passwords and user name provided to me aand results were there. Easy to understand and there was support of needed. Got it in the mail a little over a week later. Upon being curious I just looked in my spam box. The email saying results were in and link was in there. Check your spam box! Anyways now my husband can shut up and accept I didn't cheat on him.

Tweede test afgenomen bij dit DNA centrum en weer niet een uitslag binnen de gestelde datum. Erg teleurstellend.

Voor het luttele bedrag van € 200,00 deed ik de Y-paternal test. De uitslag was dat ik tot haplogroep R1b behoor. Nou, dat had ik al gelezen in de Libelle, want het is tegenwoordig algemeen bekent dat het grootste deel van de europese mannen tot deze groep behoort. Nadat ik dit kenbaar had gemaakt bij de "verkoper", kreeg ik als troostprijs een boekje dat ik zelf mocht downloaden en uitprinten, waarin het e.e.a. werd toegelicht over DNA-onderzoek. Waardeloos, dus geef je geld liever aan een goed doel.
