Very difficult to reach for help/assistance. I am saddened. I thought this is the only place To go for DNA for uscis. Make your research!! Maybe there’s better facility than this!

Na onze bestelling best bang geweest door de negatieve reviews die ik naderhand las. Maar hier zijn we super geholpen. Zowel telefonisch en informatief als de daadwerkelijke test zelf. Aangetekend opgestuurd en inderdaad zoals beloofd binnen 4 werkdagen na aankomst bij het LAB de uitslag in de mail gehad zoals ze beloven. Enige wat niet klopt is hun belofte van : vandaag besteld voor x-uur morgen in huis. Het duurde wel een paar dagen meer voor wij het in huis hadden namelijk. Maar verder goede service.

Don't use this company. Waste of time. No response and no support from them.

Scam! For a company being so big why do you only do your paternity testing through Natera in CA. That’s the other side of the country! Natera stated that they do partner with you but why use them if you’re saying all of DDC had equipment that up to standard with FDA? Tried to talk to people about testing location and was given the runaround. I think it’s all a scam especially because Natera claimed they don’t test until after 10 weeks

Three stars because I was able to find out the results before birth, and the results did hold up in court. But also the mother didn't protest parentage because of the results. Removed 2 stars because the process took twice as long as promised. Nothing worse than waiting months to find out the results of a DNA test.

een volle zustest besteld, aangegeven geen dna beschikbaar van ouders. uitslag totaal niet betrouwbaar. alsnog dna van moeder nodig om met een uitslag te komen. dus totaal niets mee opgeschoten. in de tussentijd contact met een betrouwbare organisatie, die bevestigd de onbetrouwbaarheid en de twijfel aan de deskundigheid van de laboranten. Daaarbij het contact met DDC zeer klantontvriendelijk. Geen geld terug, wordt niet teruggebeld wat betreft onze klacht. Niet professioneel en nalatig in deze. Dat is de klantvriendelijkheid van DDC. Geld verdienen is het belangrijkste en staat boven eerlijkheid. Kwetsbare mensen zijn de dupe. Nog niet te beginnen over beloofde werkdagen van ontvangst testen en ontvangst uitslag. Al met al geldklopperij. Er is niet voldaan aan onze koopovereenkomst Schandalig, nooit een bestelling doen, maar dan ook nooit!!!!!!.

worse DNA people ever i will tell you that i did one from walgreens no names nothing my childs father did one behind my back had names but doesnt make any sence than try to tell me they couldnt give me anymore information cause i wasnt the father.

They will not return items that had been sent to them for DNA paternity testing. Also, they will not send a written report because, supposedly, no DNA was found. They are very rude and do not have a customer friendly attitude. Would never use them again.
