The process was pretty harmless. I had to call back a few times due to Covid so hold times were a little longer. I didn’t like that one person takes your payment then you have to be transferred to someone else for scheduling. But overall great experience

Although they did work with me on price, its extremely expensive but the main things I had issues with is it took longer than the 7 days or less that they advertise and they couldn't provide a gender as promised either. They were very friendly and responsive until they got the payment but after that, they quit responding to my questions

Our daughter had twins that each had their own room in the womb, which would normally indicate fraternal twins. They looked so much alike that we all agreed the test needed to be ordered. The process was very easy and straightforward. Fast delivery of the kit and quick online results. Sure enough, identical twins!!

It took two weeks for them to get my test. I didn’t expedite the shipping because I didn’t think it would take that long but once they got it. My results were emailed 2 days later. We got the results we wanted and we are happy with this company the overall process was worth it

Very helpful, very easy to setup, on time results, knowledgeable staff. Trust and privacy for when you need it most. A little costly but well worth it
