This was a great experience. The only suggestion would be that the place that took our samples should be a nicer looking office. The nurse was very nice and professional.

Wonderful Job

Dna appointment was fast and amzing but getting ahold of anyone tgrough phone or email to get copies of the dnas is impossible. So that part absolutely needs work cauae i need my papers asap and cant get ahold of anyone to get them

The testing was done out in the open with no patient privacy there wasn’t even a sanitary office for the collection to be done it took place in a waiting room because the patient rooms were being renovated and I don’t even know if the sample of the alleged father was taken correctly or the right individual because there was no picture to determine if in fact the collection was from the right individual.

For DDC to be such a large, well known company, I expected more professionalism! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone...

Very easy and fast. The representative made it very easy for me to be aware of my options, and explained everything clearly for me. The process was easy, and fast. I am satisfied with this company.

DDC was fast with the results a little pricey but they were fast and accurate!!!

Great and timely with results. The results page spelled devins name wrong they spelled it with an o. I responded to an email and never heard back, after all the name checking I thought that was o luck it wasn’t quite right. Results were what we were hoping for, were happy except the name misspelling. That was the only thing that was off but the rest was great. Awesome sales rep, really enjoyed talking and working with him. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for dna results for paternity and they told us the gender which was fun! Update: they called and let me know they are sending a new document with correct spelling. She was very nice and informative on the phone and I’m so relieved as I wasn’t sure if I was complaining or just having a minor hormone episode lol she assured me the docs should be spelled right and they are on it to correct the issue. So happy thank you so much! I really love this company. I searched online for multiple places and read sketchy reviews about other companies and this place really is great! My obgyn recommended them and I’m happy I picked this company. I suggest you do the same :)
