DDC had amazing turnaround time for my test results...5 days! I will definitely use them again!

Highly unprofessional! Simply horrible service! submitted the blood samples on 8/12, still got nothing! it's been almost a month! no email, no calls, no texts! No customer support either! Spent hours on the phone listening to automatic messages, not a single representative available. The email I sent them was also ignored. Is this even a real lab or some kind of scam? I'd advise against using DDC unless you want to spend a large sum of money and get nothing in return but a real PITA

Absolutely unprofesional.to make app.extra charge,to receive hard copy extra charge I order kit for emigration purposes,one simple taken here one must be taken abroad in Europe,day of my app. I drive 2 hours,lost my day of work to found they dont send kit to closes hospital.Nobody call,e mail a me ,need to make another app.test .after I wait 3 week to found they not able procesed reason ambasy is closed,spend lott time on waiting to costumer service pickup phone,web have info open ,is not the way to do business,posted 1800 phone with absolutely impossible to reach live person,awfull experience..now I will be fighting to receive return,numerous call you will here just automatic voice and realy nice music...45 min on hold after they cut off phone.never recomended..use another company.you will have safe lott time and nerves.

Very helpful and professional in a stressful situation. Perfection!! No complaints what so ever.

Although I mentioned four times that I would need the full chain of custody I did not get it in the mail. They are quite expensive in comparison to other providers.
