I have never done a DNA test before but I am glad I decided to use DNA Diagnostic Center for my first one! They were very helpful when i first called and answered all my questions and sent a kit to me right away. The directions were clear and the kit was very easy to use. After sending the kit in they were able to tell me exactly when I would expect the results and they were spot on! The results were easy to read and logging online to view them was a breeze. I had a little trouble logging in at first but I called the 800 number listed on the e-mail and they helped me right away and I was able to log on in a matter of seconds. If I ever need another DNA test I will definitely use DNA Diagnostic Center with no hesitation!

DNA Diagnostics Center was great. Every time I spoke to someone, they were extremely nice, friendly, and more than willing to answer any questions I had. The quick turnaround was also very nice.

My experience with DDC was wonderful I would suggest anyone to take this route in paternity testing it was quick accurate and successful.

I called on the 13th of Dec. and wanted the test as soon as possible and i was told i can get the test done the next day, after i paid...i got transferred to the scheduling department that told me that they are not able to get me into a lab till the 16-17th, finally after getting to a lab and having the est done, I called the next day because i was told my sample was going to be in the next day the 18th and some rude lady told me that the sample doesn't get sent back next day(like i was told) but 2 day shipping, and that test where running 7 business right now so my results won't be ready till DEC 27th, so the whole 5-7 business days turned into 10 business day, I wish i knew that and went with another company and i would of already had my results!( and was 400 dollars cheaper) Not quick at all.

the Representatives that helped me were very kind and patient with me and worked with me to plan a speedy DNA test. I was very pleased with the scheduler who was sympathetic to my situation and knowing time was of the essence. She pulled some strings and made the right connections to get us scheduled in the time i needed. i pray i wont need this service again but if i do I know that i will be treated with dignity and respect and the service has been a Godsend.

I had a very pleasant experience with DDC I really liked the ability to see the results online before you actually receive the physical paper in the mail . The one thing I would recommend is that the specimen collector not leave the room to make copies during the session, the collection was sealed in front of me but then she left the room and then returned with copies this made me a little uncomfortable. There should be a copier in the room so that there can't be any possibility of the collection being compromised. Overall I was happy with my experience.

I was extremely impressed with the services, every one was extremely helpful. I received my results very quickly.
