I am totally satisfied there were only 2 concerns 1st )the options between rush delivery and normal delivery differ only a couple of hours on your site and over the phone unless you arrange it with emails. I wish there was an option for really quick delivery (within a day)which was easily accessible 2)in my case I accidently upload a wrong version for second edition I immediately called, left message, emailed and attached the correct version. The representative over the phone assured me that she will deliver the message. However, sadly I received the wrong version at the end and no correction made afterward regarding the right version. other than that I am very satisfied.

I have had two papers edited by DLA so far. The price is reasonable and the feedback is prompt. The DLA editors has demostrated high quality of editing service.

I liked the feedback and comments I received. I didn't like having to wait to the exact deadline to receive my editing back. In the initial consultation I received my sample edit back immediately and way before the quoted turnaround time. I expected the same experience or close to it regarding the services I paid for.

I requested to edit a short essay for admission. Given the price, I liked it ! I used pricier services from other companies, and they were great but not worth for the money that I had to pay. But the value of the service from DLA Editors & Proofers is just great. The essay became errorless, and the simple suggestion was helpful.

I enjoyed working with the DLA editors. They thoroughly reviewed and edited my personal statement for my application to residency programs. DLA editors are very knowledgable regarding the criteria program directors use when evaluating personal statements. I was pleased with their professionalism, and rapid turnover for essay editing, questions, or problems that arose.

After researching many editing companies out there, I chose DLA editors as they were the only ones I came across that were BBB accredited and helped with what I wanted to accomplish. The website is easy to use and I was able to track the progress of my statement online, and they were courteous enough to inform me if they were running behind their expected due date. They do get the work done by the due date, which is excellent. My editor was wonderful, and really had great input and ideas. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was a pleasure to work with. My statement looks, reads, and is just amazing. I would definitely use them again in the future if I needed to. Only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because of pricing. As there are other companies out there that will edit statements for cheaper with multiple revisions and DLA editors is more expensive for just 1 edit, even with the discount. Overall, I had a excellent experience, would definitely recommend them to others, and would use them again if I needed to.

The editing was linguistically OK, but unsufficient from the point of the content - low competence in editing professional scientific texts.
