Always quick to deliver my purchase. Good selection of retro games so I've been able to add to my SNES collection. They even individually sell boxes and manuals if you're really trying to build your collection. They have good promotions and a pretty nifty awards program.

Very overpriced , they use stock photos so you are buying blind . At those prices you should be getting mint games .

Hi! Thanks for your feedback. You're welcome to reach out for descriptions of the games available, and we can make sure to get one that you are happy with. I hope you understand it is impossible to do custom pictures for every item when there are multiple copies of the same game in stock. If you are looking for the best condition possible, you can request these conditions in the order notes at checkout. If what we have in stock does not match the request, we will contact you to make sure you are happy with the condition before sending out. If you have any questions, please reach out to [email protected] - Thanks, DKOldies

Trash, trash, trash!!! Ordered a retro game from them for a premium price compared to eBay. Game came in horrible condition. Completely ripped label and dirty cart. Liked the idea have having their warranty in my back pocket but I should have just ordered in eBay and gotten a superior product. Oh yeah, there products are WAYYYY overpriced. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Hi James, so sorry to hear about the condition of the game you received. Please reach out to [email protected] so we can look into this and provide a replacement or refund. We definitely want everyone happy with their purchase and a game should not go out in poor condition. - Thanks, DKOldies

Their prices are absolutely outrageous. They charge sometimes 3x what things are valued at. Their market preys on the uneducated and should not be encouraged. Edit: Saying you have to pay more for games in a pinch is one of the worst excuses I have heard. You could literally be buying your inventory at 100% value from ebay, and STILL your prices would be outrageous. That's literally how high the prices are. Example: Their *FAN FAVORITE* N64 SUPER SMASH KART PAK is $449.78 CAD if you want first party controllers, before shipping and tax. You can get that same bundle through ebay for around $200, MAYBE $250. This place is an absolute scam.

Hi Matthew! I understand the frustration and confusion. We have to predict what we will sell in the coming months and then have the stock ready to go. If we sell more than predicted we have to go out and get more quickly as not to sell out and also get more than expected for the coming months as we have to raise our projections. When that happens we have to pay more and sale prices have to go up. As we level off and we can keep up with our inventory, prices come down. We try to keep prices as low as possible because we sell more when prices are low. - Thanks, DKOldies

Terrible prices, terrible quality control they have the audacity to ship with missing bubble wrap which damaged my ds screen, had to ship it back and that in itself was a nightmare never again would I buy from this company and I highly recommend anyone to skip dk oldies and shop anywhere else. You will get better prices and more then not better quality products.

Hi! Thanks for your feedback. We try our absolute best to ship everything in a timely manner with the best packing possible. We are a small company working on improvements at all times. We offer our free 120 day warranty for issues like this so our customers always have the peace of mind knowing they won't get something they are unhappy with. Our prices are the way they are due to us selling out and needing to predict future sales, which requires us to pay more and more to receive more stock. We hope to have our prices lower soon as sales begin to get caught up and leveled out. If you need any further assistance with your issue, please reach out to [email protected] - Thanks, DKOldies

Ive bought multiple consoles from dkoldies and a lot of games as well. The consoles are always super clean and working great. Nobody else takes the time to open them up and clean inside and out. The one time a game didn't want to work they replaced it and I had a different copy within a week. No returns needed. They are a great company and will continue to have my business
