After giving time to process, DJI Drone Service has restored my faith in them and has agreed to send my missing parts back to me with an upgrade of Gimbal globe and filter. I want to thank you giys at DJI Drone Services for the follow up and going above what was asked for to make this right. Fast Service had my phantom back in the air in only 2 days.

I called them in the beginning and they sent me a link to get started. That same day I had a shipping label provided by them and had it sent out that day. Two days later they called me and told me the issue of my product, and gave me a more than fair price for the part and labor. They are now sending it back, flight ready, for free. Absolutely incredible service. Thank you!
