I have purchased several items for the past couple of years from this company until now. I bought a pair of shorts but were not the material I hoped for. I spent $7 on shipping + $1.50 on their "Dixxon Package Protection by Corso" which you are not given an option to decline. I contacted Dixxon to initiate a return and now I'm hit with a $10 return shipping. I reached out to them to get an address and send it via USPS which would cost probable no more than $3 but they are refusing. In total - I am out $18.50 and very dissatisfied. Needless to say I will no longer be purchasing from this store.

The quality of the shirts has gotten so bad. loose seems, threads sticking out all over. The sizes are incorrect and inconsistent. I would not waste anymore money on this garbage until quality control is actually under control. Save your money and go direct to Ali express for all the cheap chinese garbage. Don’t waste your money on these “American” products!!!!!

They got me. I didn't even receive the items. But cannot talk to anyone about the the service.

Read the reviews. Will not be getting shirts from them and I live in Phoenix.

Company is a total scam. Bought shirts over a month ago and have not received them. Tracking number is a farce if you are able to read Chinese. Tried calling to no avail. They advised they are from the Midwest but this bs is from China. Buyer beware

The store "may" be legit as brick n mortar, but the online site is a 100% scam. I even paid extra for expedited shipping. Here I am at day 18 and now the tracking number which I e pect is a complete scam, no longer works. Don't purchase from this company. Customer service won't even return your emaila.

I asked to modify an order after I noticed the negative reviews stating the photos of the shirt were not an accurate representation of the actual shirt. Company told me they could not modify but to place a new order and refuse the first delivery. First order was returned to sender and now they are refusing to refund it and keeping the two flannels a $110 order. I filed a dispute and they have gone as far as to lie to the credit card company saying the items were delivered and in my possession when they have already been returned. I called them to politely express my dissatisfaction as a paying customer and they were very rude and un helpful hanging up on me for no reason even though I was being polite and calm. I'm not sure what's wrong with this place but they are terrible. I should read more reviews before trying out new brands.

After waiting over a week for my product, that I paid for shipping therefore am a bit less patient about, I left a review on the product stating that it still hasn't come. Dixxon deleted my review and emailed me saying they're still in their shipping window. This is, by far, not the first time they've done something like this. Any review that isn't 5 stars is deleted. Reach out to them about something and they make it clear you're wasting their time, yet they'll email you daily for reviews. Well Danny, here's your review, that you can't delete. You and your company treat customers like annoyances and manipulate the reviews on your site.
