Nice product but customer service is non existent!

As a long-time fan of Dixxon Flannels, I’ve come to appreciate their quality, unique designs, and commitment to durable apparel. However, there’s a notable frustration among loyal customers: the limited availability of their long sleeve bamboo shirts. Dixxon’s bamboo fabric shirts are incredibly popular for their comfort, breathability, and versatility. The short sleeve versions are well-received, providing a lightweight yet sturdy option that appeals to both the workwear crowd and casual enthusiasts. But when it comes to long sleeve bamboo options, Dixxon falls disappointingly short. These shirts would be ideal for warmer weather, layering, or even just for those who prefer lightweight coverage. And yet, we rarely see them on offer, and when they do appear, they sell out almost instantly. For a brand that has built its reputation on knowing its customers’ needs, it’s baffling that Dixxon hasn’t expanded their long sleeve bamboo line to meet the obvious demand. Not only is there an opportunity to fill a gap in the market, but loyal Dixxon fans would appreciate a solution to the seasonal challenges of limited long sleeve bamboo availability. Dixxon, if you’re listening, it’s time to give us more of what we love. More long sleeve bamboos would not only satisfy current fans but likely attract new ones, allowing more people to enjoy this blend of style, comfort, and durability.

Dixxon makes cool shirts. But they have lousy business practices. Recently they advertised a shirt for 39.99. I ordered & they took my money. A week later I get an email stating that the shirt I ordered was poor quality, im not getting it, and offered a credit. Not a refund but a credit. Then a week goes by and I see that same design offered at $49.99. Ok. So someone in advertising listed the original shirt low and the customer suffers. This is horrible for a company to do. I am no longer a fan of this company.

The ordering process was smooth and the flannels arrived quickly. The flannels themselves are very low quality. Disappointed because they looked like thicker, quality material online. They are very thin. You can see through the flimsy material. The sewing is bad. The seams look horrible with stray threads. I don’t think these are going to last long. Too expensive for low quality.

If you have to make a return be careful.On two different occasions we have returned items and on both occasions instead of a refund they charged our card again. Once maybe a mistake twice I don’t buy it being a mistake. If we weren’t diligent in reviewing our card transactions we would have be out the $360.00 twice. There is no phone number to contact them only email. What kind of legitimate company has no phone number. We will no longer order anything from this company.

My husband loves the flannel shirts from this company. I went online to order him one for his birthday. Almost every long sleeved one was sold out in size large. What is up with that?! It is a popular size. Ridiculous! I ended up not being able to buy him a shirt. Totally disappointed!

I've ordered 30 of these flannels for myself and family. Not once has anything gone wrong. This time Nov/2022 my order had a mistake and they sent me not only the wrong flannel but the wrong size also. I've tried 3-4 times and various methods to contact them, and NOTHING back. I like the product, i'm very disappointed with their service man. i just want what i paid for is all. Simple.
