Divvy was polite, professional, courteous, and amazingly fast. We started this process in early August and we’re in our new home by 1 October. Everything is clear and easy to understand. Everything that was expected of me was made very clear I would and have recommended Divvy to friends already.

Every interaction I've had has been good. We recently had a maintenance issue due to outside forces (city sewage) and while it's been a nightmare for my family, Divvy has been extremely responsive, almost too responsive, if there can be such a thing. Being so attentive during a bad situation is certainly appreciated.

We explained that the window was cracked before we moved in, made the nessary report, have spoken several times with divvy to have it repaired. However not so much as a call explaining what is happening

The realtor assigned to me was awesome. Communication between us was the key. She really made the process easy and was a book full of information. Not one question I asked went unanswered. When I signed on to my portal the fast communication continued. Very helpful with any questions I had or worries.
