Overall I had a good experience with Divvy so far. Communication sometimes lacked and they could be slow to respond, but they always did get back to me. Just would have been nice to be able to call someone instead of text or email. Definitely will (and already have) recommend Divvy for folks like me who need time to work on credit to get a better rate/down payment for a mortgage. Thank you Divvy for helping me into my first home. Look forward to the day I can buy it from Divvy!

Divvy does an outstanding job of communicating to and with us. If there's something we don't understand, they are quick to explain. If we need additional information, they are quick to provide it.

It was rather quick & easy. There was no hassle.We started in November. Our home is just what we needed. It is a dream come true.

They don't approve a house that you really want. It is basically their choice of house. No matter how many you look at. And they don't make the necessary repairs they ought to make within the 6weeks of repairs. You have no control over anything. They basically just want your money. And rent is very high. I hope they give back your savings.
