Everyone needs to file a complaint. You can do it online, it's very easy, only takes a few minutes. I want to see Craig Cecilio in an orange jumpsuit.

Liars and Frauds
How convenient that now I cannot even log into my investor's account. I will be pursuing legal action, as should anyone else defrauded by this company. Even with such a small amount, I could have made my money grow through other means. This company is dishonest and the founders should be tried for fraud. On May 18, 2020, I deposited approximately $500 into a Growth REIT Fund via Diversyfund. On July 9, 2020, I sent a email to Diversyfund, requesting to withdraw my investment. On July 13, 2020, I received an email that stated “ Unfortunately, once the investment is processed there is not much we can do. The funds are committed to purchasing properties and real estate is not like cash or a stock investment that can be traded. I've provided more info on how the investment term and liquidation process work. The DiversyFund Growth REIT is designed to build wealth over an approximate 5-year timeline. The investment strategy for this fund is a growth strategy, which will be executed through a series of stages... We aim to invest in projects that can be liquidated/sold within approximately 4-5 years. Due to the nature of the investment and our growth strategy, we have no premature withdrawal policy.” Throughout the 5 year period, I received approximately 17 small dividends, totaling the amount of $34.75. These dividends were automatically reinvested, bring my portfolio value up to $534.75. On December 30th, 2022, I received a cash dividend of $32.62. I withdrew this dividend on January 20th, 2023, bring my portfolio value back to $534.75. This was the last action in my portfolio. On March 10, 2025, I filed a complaint with the BBB (#23047723). On March 17, 2025, I received a response from DiversyFund, stating that they would begin the liquidation process of the REIT Fund on December 31, 2025. To this date, I have received no communication or updates from DiversyFund. I would like to firmly state that I want my money returned to me immediately.

Diversyfund is another scam company.
I regret trusting Diversyfund with my hard earned money many years ago - haven’t received a penny back in 7 years, only AI answers..

Curious if anyone got their money back
Initial investment made in March of 2021. Small amount (3k) compared to some of the people here, but I still want to get it back. It will help out pay some of my debts. Fundrise said they will liquidate some assets in December of 2025 and will be able to pay out some investors. I wonder if anyone here got paid?

Urgent Request for Immediate Withdrawal…
Urgent Request for Immediate Withdrawal of Funds
Diversyfund Investor Support Team
I am writing to express my urgent need for the immediate release of my funds. My initial investment of $13,500 has been held for five years, and I was promised that my account would allow for withdrawals by December 30, 2025, with full access in January 2026. Unfortunately, this timeline has not been met, and the continued delays are unacceptable.
Despite reaching out and discussing my situation with several representatives, I have been met with unfulfilled promises that leave me questioning the integrity of your operations. The lack of clarity and consistent communication has led me to believe that this may be a Ponzi scheme.
Currently, I am undergoing chemotherapy and caring for an aging parent. While I do not wish to delve further into my personal circumstances, I must emphasize that I require access to my funds without any more delays or excuses. I have received two messages from your team confirming the timeline for my investment’s maturity, yet upon finally accessing my account, I see no movement towards a release.
The approx $300 dividend return on my investment over five years starkly contrasts with what I could earn in even a simple online a high-yield savings account, even at a conservative rate of 3.9-4%, which would yield approximately $2,988. This situation is clearly unsatisfactory and indicates a mismanagement of my investment.
Therefore, I am formally requesting the immediate withdrawal of all my funds. I expect a prompt and clear response detailing the next steps to finalize this withdrawal, without further sales pitches or excuses. I have also reached out to the Secretary of State and Attorney General in California and prepared a statement for the SEC, as I have discovered others with similar complaints regarding your company's transparency and excessive delays.
I trust you understand the urgency of this matter, especially given my current challenges with cancer and elder care responsibilities. I hope to resolve this situation amicably and conclude our relationship without further conflict.
Thank you for your immediate attention to this pressing matter. I look forward to your swift response.

Unable to link the bank to withdraw dividend
I would give zero stars if I could. You know the company is a fraud when you are unable to link a bank to withdraw a small dividend distribution that I realized has been sitting and available for distribution. Investor since 2019

Dishonest company
Dishonest company. No investment gains in 6 years, can't get my money out and no response from the company. It must be a ponzi scheme.
