Hello Roger! Thank you for taking the time to review us! Keep in mind that your first dividend is always prorated based on the number of days you were invested for the month. It looks like your investment cleared escrow near the end of the month so you were only invested a few days which is why your dividend is on the lower side. Another thing to point out is that the dividend does not reflect the total return of your investment, only the cash-flow from incoming rents, it does not factor in the appreciation of the assets that happens over an extended period of time. Your total return on your investment will be comprised of your Dividends and any Capital Appreciation realized at the time of sale. Hi there Emmanuel! Thank you for taking the time to review us! Keep in mind that the Growth REIT's strategy is designed to build wealth over the 5-year timeline. The REIT was launched about a year ago and is still in the ramping up phase acquiring properties. Lower returns are expected during this early period, as identifying properties and executing value-add plans (construction, leasing, etc.) takes time to yield results. Once we finalize the renovation process and start increasing rents, your dividend yield will increase as well. Another thing to point out is that the dividend does not reflect the total return of your investment, only the cash-flow from incoming rents, it does not factor in the appreciation of the assets that happens over an extended period of time. Appreciation represents a far more substantial portion of the investor’s return. Hi there Jeana! Thanks for your review! The investment term is approximately five years. The REIT is not open-ended, meaning it won't go on indefinitely. It goes through a cycle of acquiring assets, renovating, increasing rents, and then selling the assets. The five-year term allows us to go through this process. Since we are executing a growth strategy to maximize returns offering an early withdrawal actually impedes your investment goals and returns. Therefore, to protect the growth of all our investors' wealth there are no premature withdrawals. It would be like trying to sell your fix and flip prior to fixing or renovating the property. Please keep in mind that your first dividend is prorated based on the number of days you were invested for the month, it looks like your investment cleared escrow near the end of the month so were only invested a couple of days. Your next dividend should be a bit higher. Another thing to point out is that the dividends will start to increase over time as we finalize the renovation of the properties and start to increase rents. Keep in mind that the dividend is only a part of your return, and does not factor in the appreciation of the assets.
