My overall experience with setting up…
My overall experience with setting up my account was easy. However, I only get reports on dividends received and have to do my own research to track and keep up to date with the progress of my account.

More info and smaller reoccurring investment limits
I think that you do a great job with the dashboard but I never know if the data is real time. I would like to know when the fund is planning on closing so I can start my 5 year clock so to speak and can plan on getting that money back. I also wish you allowed for a smaller reoccurring investment. I understand having a minimum starting investment but after that having a custom monthly option would make it easier for people just starting their investment portfolio like me to start with something like this. I think you are great at setting clear expectations for a new investor but I would love details on how each peppery is advancing and how this progress is going. The more info I have the better.

So far I have only gotten 2% return…
So far I have only gotten 2% return which is a lot less then the 12% they say. Also the first month I got no dividend and I invested before the 15th which they say you need to do to get a dividend that month.

Hi Dave! We are sorry if we did not clearly explain the process prior to your investment and we hope we can clarify your expectation. Investing in a private REIT is different from other experiences you may have with typical exchange-traded investments. The Growth REIT's strategy is designed to build wealth over an approximate 5-year timeline and the performance is based on implementing the fund’s complete value-add cycle. The REIT was launched about a year ago and is still in the ramping up phase acquiring properties. Once properties are acquired, we move into the execution of the value-add plans (renovations, releasing, etc.) which increases the value of the entire portfolio. Your current returns only reflect cash-flow from existing incoming rents, and does not factor in the appreciation of the assets that will happen over the fund’s growth cycle. Throughout the fund’s investment term, we are continuously working to provide best-in-class management of the portfolio so we can deliver great results to our investors when we get to term. We understand that this is a new way of investing for many of our customers who haven’t had the opportunity to participate in private investments like these in the past. The fund is ok but it could do a little…
The fund is ok but it could do a little more user friendly. The funds only allow 500 increments. Other funds allow 500 and then you can add 100 increments to that. The android app crashes very often. There is not very informative of how fund is growing , appreciation, etc.

Monthly Repeat investment
While excited about this investment, we are disappointed that we can’t regularly invest smaller amount than $500. Monthly deposits of $100 would fit our budget.
