Investors cannot withdraw funds before the end of the investment term. Therefore, we always recommend making sure you have other liquid funds at hand in case of an emergency. With real estate, time is key and allows the properties to appreciate which ultimately means a higer return for investors. Your total return on your investment will be comprised of your Dividends and any Capital Appreciation realized at the time of sale. We strive to provide excellent service and can assure you that we respond to all inquiries within 1-4 business hours. Our business hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT. As for the investment, since we are executing a growth strategy to maximize returns offering an early withdrawal actually impedes your investment goals and returns. Therefore, to protect the growth of all our investors' wealth there are no premature withdrawals. It would be like trying to sell your fix and flip prior to fixing or renovating the property. We aim to invest in projects that can be liquidated/sold within approximately five years. We maintain several cash-flowing properties in the portfolio, generating revenue from rents. When market conditions are suitable for an advantageous liquidation event, we sell the assets at which point investors will be liquidated. Hello Bobby! Thank you very much for taking the time to review us! We work with a 3rd party escrow agent. When investing, the funds are held in escrow to ensure Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) compliance on all transactions. We do this to remain compliant with the Patriot Act as well. Our escrow agent will occasionally request certain documentation from investors to verify the information provided which can delay the escrow period a bit. Keep in mind though that this is only a one-time process that can happen with your first investment.
