I'd rate this Company a 0 if I could! Was initially told 5 years to collect my returns in may of 2020 and now that its 2026 and whopping 35 dollars later there's no one i can speak with live. The number listed here is out of service and i continue to get excuses via email when asking for MY money!

Opened REIT I in June 2020, and basically I lost 25K. They are currently battling a lawsuit and they have no cash funds to pay the debts and the liabiities much less the investors. They keep extending the payout time and we are now looking at 2 additional more years. Not to be pessimistic but we will likely not see our investment. I am very dissapointed as this is my second loss investing in real estate funds.

they wont send my money back after 7 years of investing with them.

I waited until the advertised withdrawal period had passed before asking for my money back. Now they say I have to wait for the investments to be sold which could take years longer. They closed my support ticket but I'm still left without my money or a clear date. My withdrawals always take just a few minutes on CVE CAPITAL. They are clear about how their service works and each payment come through.

The site showed that I had some money available to withdraw yet there was no way to do it. I contract support via email as they don't have a phone #. I received a case #. That's it. It's been 9 months with ZERO response. Do not invest with them.

Well, 7000 USD invested in 2019, it is September 2026, 7 years later there is no sign of any return including the principal...never going to see it back again, most likely.. i just hope the scammers behind this scam operation called diversyfund rot in some third world jail.

I understand that this is a long term investment. I tried to access the apps today, 27 Aug 2026 but seems that I can't get to my portfolio. Gemini it and found that the SEC suspended and there is a class action. Will I get my money back?

They are withholding my investment past the duration that they originally advertised that I could withdraw in. They originally advertised "withdrawals available after 5 years." It's been more than 5 years. When I requested my funds back, they now say that they can't be returned until the investments are liquidated, which could take nearly 10 years, and immediately close my support ticket, despite not resolving anything. They have an incredibly unhelpful and arbitrary reason for withholding your funds. Do not invest with this company.
