A well deserved 5 star rating. Parking was a breeze if you have the car hop which we did. They have so many other options though if you don't want to do that. Stayed at the Contemporary hotel and when you first walk in, it smells amazing. The front desk staff that I had was super friendly and enthusiastic about it being our first time. Crazy part is that it ended up being a literal downpour at one point during the trip but a Disney staff member actually caught candid photos of me in the rain! They were my favorite pics by far and I'm beyond pleased I got to keep those. Only thing I would say is the dining plans are a little confusing because they told us we got a free meal each night but we had to get it at a certain time of night. Best to get a Disney Vacation Rep to help you decided the best packages and how to use them! Con* Monorail is not very wide so the whole baby stroller thing got annoying very quick because they don't have a limit to the size of the stroller so these people bring their double wides and block everything.

Thank GOD IGER is out of the picture in Walt Disney. He should of never been elected as CEO. I’m thankful BOB is now the new CEO. Liberals should not be holding high positions since they’re only one sided in there views of operation and conducting business. Disney became what it was because of they’re conservative open minded vision of the future and happiness. We MUST NEVER CHANGE WHAT WORKS so well but add and improve. Liberals are known to attack, destroy and lie to get they’re way. That is not how our democracy was built.⭐️ I just wish the original Walt family would take control and follow Mr. Walts vision with execution.

The most amazing place on Earth! All the ridiculous bad reviews make me so angry! Do these people really want the park at full capacity and the massive groups for parades and fireworks in the current pandemic! Disney are doing their absolute best-I went yesterday to the AP re-opening and it was brilliant. The character cavalcades are wonderful. To all the moaners out there - just get a grip! The world will never be the same again - you have to make the most of this new normal!

In uncertain times and being faced with a global pandemic I feel the way a company treats its customers speaks very loudly about their integrity. Disney has always had top notch customer service and they continue to provide amazing service even when faced with difficult situations. They continue spread pixie dust even in the most difficult times. I will continue being a loyal customer!
