The Walt Disney CompanyReviews of disneyworld.disney.go.com

You cancel shows everyone likes because your greedy pigs, and the good shows don't make enough money the only good thing is that you cancel bad shows unlike netflix. I hope your entire team burns in hell!

I was calling to cancel the bundle but keep disney....I called 3 times first 2 times...they answered but didn't hear anything but they hung up...talked to 3rd person for a bit then she hung up on me

They throw all the money they can at the law in order to change it to benefit them, and only them. They lay people off like crazy. They run beloved franchises into the dirt, while refusing to pay royalties. They have even been known to steal fan art, and concepts into their media without notifying the artist what so ever. Even though this company will never go away Disney has become nothing short of the Mafia. Also, Kathleen Kennedy.

I used to love Disney and I used to think they have the best customer service on the planet, but this has all changed since COVID. Yes, I gave them leeway for a while, but the service over the phone and in the park has become dismal, at best. Friendly - rarely Helpful - once out of about 10 times now Annoying - most of the time Frustrating - every single time we have to call them The way this company has dealt with annual passholders makes me fee more like I am a huge inconvenience and not a paying guest of their parks. My wife has spent hours on hold with them on multiple occasions due to the extension they gave us for the shut down months. Those hours on hold result in unfriendly people you can tell work from home and really don't care if you get what you need or not. We have had packages from their online store not arrive, orders arrive in smashed boxed, employees in the park be flat out rude with us, people on the phone be flat out rude, and about 100 hoops to jump through due to their errors. They left a message that sounded more like a threat than an actual courtesy call as they claimed. This message told us we had to sign a contract amendment due to the extension, however, the number they give us for our contract doesn't work and they just keep sending us back around the automated phone system. Disney has completely abandoned their guests and I cannot recommend anything Disney to anybody anymore. I actually find myself hoping the company fails because right now, that's what they deserve. They are treating people like garbage all under the umbrella of COVID. I never thought in my lifetime I would say this, but SeaWorld is providing far better customer service than Disney.

Disney like every other children programming network needs to keep their programing to the kids. Not politics not domestic terrorist groups like BLM and not LGBTQ stuff. Kids dont need this in their lives. Let them be kids. I have erased and blocked all games and recent Disney movies from all of my devices and kids and grandkids devices. Never again will my family set foot in any disney store or theme parks. Thank you for saving me money.

For several days trying to TALK to someone from customer service or SOMEONE that could help me with my tickets over the phone, I know I can purchase them on line but I had a specific question and requirement and it was a nightmare to say the least, the wait for several days from 47 to 75 minutes, the first day I had to hang up because I needed to go back to work, the second same thing 52 mins waiting this is the fourth day and I am not exaggerating and I have been waiting for 76 minutes now, and nothing, this is ridiculous, I think they just have 5 employees because it is NOT because the parks are full. :( disappointing.

I placed an online order that was meant to be a gift. I entered the recipient's address, but somehow when I placed my order it was being shipped to me. I emailed guest services immediately and followed up with a phone call first thing the next morning. They refused to help me in any way because they said my order was already being processed. Well 12 plus hours later the website still says it's being processed. It clearly hadn't shipped yet.

I’m afraid that today the magic has clearly run out at Walt Disney world! Me and my family booked a holiday over a year ago now and we have been saving for years to go on this holiday unfortunately due to the current situation with COVID - 19 we have had to make the decision to cancelled our holiday of no fault of our own. I am deemed as a vulnerable person due to the fact that I had a bone marrow transplant when I was younger and because of the rate in which COVID - 19 spreads and how dangerous it can be and the amount of people that enter Walt Disney world even with a limited capacity the risk it a too high for me to go. This is not the only reason we are cancelling the holiday, we are also cancelling because of the facts that park entry is no guaranteed, our Disney dining plan has been cancelled, you can’t guarantee your favourite restaurants will be open and there will be no parades, no firework displays and no character meet and greets. I am an avid Disney fan and this would have been my 5th Disney world trip and it takes me and my family years to save to go we go because of the magic you feel when we are there but unfortunately today the magic has clearly run out as when I tried to cancel they still wanted to charge me my deposit. I feel that I’m being disregarded and they are just taking my money because they can no one could have foreseen the circumstances of COVID - 19 and I understand that Disney is going to be taking a financial loss... but so are the little people like me... what about ohana... “nobody gets left behind or forgotten” well obviously in Disney this doesn’t always apply when it comes to money... one very heartbroken, disappointed Disney fan
